One of the things I heard repeated often during the global lockdown was the phrase: “I can’t wait to travel again.” Personally, I have always loved learning about other cultures. I actually collect cookbooks for this reason—they give you an insight into a country/region and its people in an incredibly unique way. Another way to gain insight into different cultures and ideas is to travel.
Our newest author, Angela Halloran, has traveled the globe throughout the course of her career, and now she’s putting her experience to paper for the children in your life. In Alphabet Travels, Angela takes us on a colorful and creative journey via the 26 letters of the alphabet. Follow along as Quinn (the book’s main character) explores everything from the Grand Canyon to Amsterdam’s canals, donning her favorite yellow Converse!
Sometimes it’s good to step out of your comfort zone, explore new places, and connect with strangers. I know it has always changed my life for the better when I’ve been willing to embrace all that life has to offer—including travel—and I know Angela would agree. With an expected publication date of late spring 2022, this book is one you won’t want to miss.

Meet Angela Halloran
Angela Halloran is a producer, manager, creator, and activist and has spent the last 15 years traveling the world working in the arts. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, she started her career at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN which sparked her love for live production and concert touring.
Her travels ultimately served as the inspiration for her first children’s book, Alphabet Travels. Angela currently resides in New York City with her dog, Quinn.
